Annual dues are $103 for the first year of membership in the Community Association, and $52 for every year thereafter.  Dues are payable at the annual neighborhood meeting (typically in May) or online via the website or by check.  Checks can be mailed or given to

New Access Lot Boat Ramp!!

Association dues are very important in order for us to continue to maintain and improve the access lot and sign areas. The access lot and boat ramp are wonderful assets for this community. It takes a yearly commitment from all of our neighbors to pay for insurance on the lot, run the web site, etc. Thanks to all who have, over the years, given more than the basic amount requested. It makes it possible to move closer to projects that need to be completed.

Please remember that it is NC State Law that boats and jet skis must be operated at a no wake speed when within 50 yards of a pier.  To help visualize this: Most piers are 25 yards long. Picture DOUBLING the length of that pier. You have to be that far away from the pier before you can go fast enough to leave a wake. Basically the no wake zone extends until Rockridge Shores houses and Bahia Bay houses are no longer facing each other across the water.
